Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation and a second email with tracking once the shipment is on its way.
Processing and delivery timing may vary during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
We accept return requests for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and hygiene protection intact.
To start a return, email hello@covevaca.com with your order number and the item details. Once your request is reviewed, we will guide you through the next step.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and approved.
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please request a return for the original item and place a new order for the preferred piece.
